In partnership with the Association of Collegiate Anglers, college bass fishing teams/clubs competing in this event will be eligible to earn points to count towards the Bass Pro Shops School of the Year presented by Abu Garcia. Each college bass fishing team/club that has a team member(s) competing in the tournament will receive 50 points. That is the maximum number of points to be awarded, as schools will not receive additional points for multiple anglers.
Also, the top finishing college angler will earn automatic qualification into the 2026 Collegiate Bass Fishing Championship presented by Bass Pro Shops. This qualification will be in addition to any other criteria a school might meet for the 2026 ACA National Championship.
