Holden Kauble and Mason Gross from 15th ranked Wabash Valley College are catching some quality keepers during practice!
This weekend marks the first time the Association of Collegiate Anglers has contested an event at Barnett Reservoir. As practice continues today, we are getting a better picture of how well the fish are biting. There are quality keeper bites to be had for sure! A five bass limit of 15 pounds or higher should have anglers in contention leading into the final day. For those able to find a key kicker bite, they very well could surpass the 20 pound mark.

Parker Brown from 10th ranked Dallas Baptist University caught this Barnett Reservoir toad during practice for the event. Parker estimates that this fish weighs approximately nine pounds.
