Angler Paperwork for 2022 AFTCO Collegiate Bass Open

All Anglers competing in the 2022 AFTCO Collegiate Bass Open must complete and return the following two documents to the ACA prior to take-off on Day 1.

Please click and download both documents:  (1) Release of Liability / Permission to Use Image / Agreement to Official Rules, and (2) Waiver of Liability Relating to Coronovirus/COVID-19.

Please bring the completed forms to ACA staff on-site at Lake Dardanelle.
