EP. 50 – Major Move by Carson-Newman University

The past five to six weeks have been a very busy time for the college fishing tournament circuit. The Association of Collegiate Anglers, in conjunction with the Bass Pro Shops Collegiate Bass Fishing Series, has fished two events in that span. Each of those events qualified for double points, and many teams took advantage of opportunities to gain valuable points towards the Bass Pro Shops School of the Year presented by Abu Garcia. In particular, Carson-Newman University has seen a giant surge in the standings since the end of September. They have managed to go from 66th overall to 11th place in a very short time.
