Live Blog: October 2 – Practice Day!

Wednesday, October 2 – 9:00 PM

We are going to go ahead and shut down the blog for tonight.  Look for the first blog update tomorrow around 7:00 AM.  Tomorrow is the final day of practice, with registration and dinner happening from 4:00 – 6:30 PM.  Be sure to check back to the blog for the latest happenings at the Bass Pro Shops Big Bass Bash presented by Berkley!

Wednesday, October 2 – 8:00 PM

Pit stops on the road are a good idea when you’re able to swing by a Bass Pro Shops!  The shelves are stocked full of anything and everything an angler may need to catch a fish.  And this week at Kentucky Lake, there’s a good chance that fish will be caught on a wide variety of baits.

Wednesday, October 2 – 6:00 PM

Teams continue to make their way to Paris, TN and Kentucky Lake.  These anglers from the University of Tennessee are excited about the first ACA event of the 2019-2020 season.  Tomorrow marks the final day of practice for the Bass Pro Shops Big Bass Bash presented by Berkley.  Anglers traveling in today will have roughly eight hours tomorrow to go check out the lake and dial in a pattern.

Wednesday, October 2 – 4:45 PM

Crew and staff have arrived on site for the 2019 Bass Pro Shops Big Bass Bash presented by Berkley.  That means it’s time to start providing updates through the live blog!  Judging by the activity we are seeing on social media, many anglers have already been putting in time out on Kentucky Lake and they are having some luck.

Tomorrow marks the final day of practice before competition begins on Friday morning.  Over the next 24 hours or so we will update lake and weather conditions here in Paris, TN, share pictures from out on the water with participants that are practicing, as well as cover the registration and dinner tomorrow night.
