Yamaha Marine’s Power Pay Program Expands, Offers Payouts For 586 Sanctioned Tournaments In 2023
KENNESAW, Ga. – Yamaha Marine will expand its Power Pay contingency program in 2023 to 586 sanctioned tournaments, including 13 new trails as well as increased payout amounts for B.A.S.S.® Open tournaments. Power Pay rewards anglers with cash payouts for running eligible Yamaha outboards in sanctioned tournaments.
New Power Pay tournaments for 2023 include new western U.S. trails such as the Apex Pro Tour, Wild West Pro AM Series, Wild West Pro Am Championship, WON BASS® Tournaments, Wild West Team Tournament Trail, and Wild West Team Tournament Trail Championships. Additional new freshwater Power Pay tournaments include Mr. BASS® Arkansas, Reynolds Boat Team Tournaments Connecticut, Team Trail Outdoors Pro Team Texas, Trader Bill’s Team Trail Arkansas and WISCO BASS. Newly added saltwater Power Pay tournaments include the Meat Mayhem Open, Kingfish Mayhem Pro Series, King of the Beach and Wahoo Mayhem.
Also new for 2023, the payout amounts will increase for the highest placing eligible Power Pay anglers competing during B.A.S.S.® Opens and Major League Fishing® Phoenix BFL® and BFL® regional tournaments.

Competitors don’t have to win a tournament to receive a Power Pay payout. The program rewards the highest placing angler in each sanctioned tournament running Yamaha power.
Since launching Power Pay in October 2019, Yamaha Marine has awarded approximately $850,000 to anglers competing in saltwater and freshwater tournaments across the country.
